Personal Data Processing Policy

  1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (“Law 152-FZ”) and sets out how the personal data of users of https://sailingmanfest.com (the “Website”) are processed and protected by Anton Igorevich Timokhin (the “Operator”). 1.2. 7.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect users’ personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, restriction, copying, disclosure and other unlawful acts by third parties.

8.1. The Operator may amend this Policy unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website, unless otherwise stated in that version. 8.2. This Policy and the relationship between the user and Operator arising from its application are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. 8.3.
